Pay Band - salary range £37,996 – 45,596 inclusive (equivalent to Band 8a)
Working Pattern – 37.5 hours per week.

Description
Bexley Care Trust have commissioned Primary Care and Mind in Bexley to deliver the IAPT service ‘Being Well in Bexley’ in the Borough. The service has been set up to provide Step 2 and Step 3 support via a 'hub and spoke' model of service delivery. The multi disciplinary team provides clinical intervention and a range of support around the social aspects that may have an impact on the mental health and well being of the community including areas around employment and re entering the work place.
The role of clinical lead is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to develop their skills in management as well as maintaining a profile in the delivery of clinical interventions. The successful post holder will be responsible for the clinical governance of the IAPT service which will include working within NICE guidelines in an effort to work towards establishing a fully compliant IAPT service. You will also be expected to take an active role in the planning of services across all organisations involved in the delivery of services including partners in the statutory and third sectors. The postholder will be managed by Primary Care and based across Primary Care and Mind in Bexley.
