Outward Bound Group

The Outward Bound Group is an activities group which meets weekly. The group undertakes outings to a variety of locations throughout the London Borough of Bexley.

The Outward Bound group aims to tackle social exclusion and among the psychological benefits of activities are improved self perceived health and fitness and increased opportunities for social interaction.

Activities are carefully planned to ensure that service users spend no more than £5 on an outing however the activities are free most weeks. No referral is needed to participate in the group.

Service users can just turn up on the day. The group meets at Mind in Bexley on Thursday Mornings at 9.30am aiming to reach our destination of choice and be back by 1pm.
