Volunteer

Mind in Bexley has a long tradition of working with volunteers.

Volunteers work as an integral part of the team in an atmosphere of respect and equality, performing a range of duties within either the Day Centre, Befriending or assisting with Administration duties.

People volunteer for a variety of reasons such as assisting in their learning for a college course, to gain practical experience, to return to work or to contribute to the local community.

We offer all volunteers:- training, support, flexibility, regular supervision, reimbursement of travelling expenses and references for regular volunteers wanting to gain employment.
