Creative Writing
Writing can be therapeutic, sometimes relaxing and uplifting, sometimes challenging and poignant. Working in a structured group can help to rebuild confidence.
Mind in Bexley offers a creative writing group on Friday afternoons for people recovering from mental distress.
The group meets weekly in a supportive environment. It provides individuals with the chance to sit down and write with help and encouragement.
Group members are also encouraged to contribute to our quarterly magazine. An experienced facilitator will guide you through the activities.
